Job Description

As an After Sales (BackOffice) Executive at the company, your role will involve planning and executing AMC visits, attending breakdown calls, coordinating with the Head Office team for problem resolution, and reviewing spare parts at the site. You will also be responsible for suggesting customers keep critical parts, providing system operation and maintenance training to operators, and taking the lead in improving system availability. Additionally, you will be involved in snag list resolution, dismantling and assembly of new equipment/assemblies, and maintaining and documenting records of error resolution. Key Responsibilities: - Telephonic support to resolve issues - Providing operational and maintenance training to operators - Improving and maintaining system availability - Onsite project schedule customization Qualification Required: Essential: - Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering Preferred: - Same as above Requisite Experience: Essential: - Minimum 3-5 years in the field of Electro-Mechanical maintenance Preferred: - Minimum 3 years of experience in the Pharma Industry Technical Skills: - Understanding of Engineering drawings - Knowledge of maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment - Ability to eliminate vibrations/sounds from machines by performing mechanical alignments - Reading, analyzing, and interpreting technical procedures, drawings, service manuals, and work orders to perform required maintenance work Competencies: - Good oral and communication skills - Customer-oriented approach - Strong problem-solving skills In your role, you will contribute to Business Growth & Profitability, Site Commissioning & Support, and embodying GKSC leadership principles.
