Technical Skills  Customer Handling Job Description & Responsibilities:  Extensive knowledge of supporting pharmaceutical industry, research institute & public sector enterprises  10 years of hardcore instrument servicing experience including installation, repair, calibrations and training to the customers  Knowledge of electronics repair, automation & LAN networking  Proficient in documentation & understanding of quality systems such as ISO 9001, ISO 17025 etc  Good communication & customer handling skills  Responsible for servicing of all products represented by MTPL  Skilful to learn & adapt new technologies  Physical fit for extensive travelling  Reliable & consistent performer  Responsible to achieve team targets  Support sales team for demonstration & sales lead generation  Qualification- BE/B Tech in Electronics, Instrumentation or higher

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹17,478.11 - ₹68,558.90 per month
