As a Customer Service Representative at Credeb Advisors LLP, your role will involve handling customer inquiries and resolving issues via phone. Your main responsibilities will include: - Providing exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions - Meeting or exceeding performance metrics such as quality and productivity targets - Collaborating with internal teams to effectively resolve customer issues To qualify for this position, you should meet the following criteria: - Minimum qualification of 12th Pass/Graduate - At least 6 months of experience in an international voice process - Excellent English communication skills Desirable skills that would be beneficial for this role include: - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment - Excellent time management and organizational skills Please note the working hours for this position: - Shift window: 3:30 AM to 1:30 PM (any 9 hours) - This is an office-based role, with no remote work options available The interview process will consist of HR rounds, email assessment, and operations rounds. Additionally, all previous company documents are mandatory for verification.
