Job Title: Customer Service Executive – Express & Logistics Location: Bhiwandi & Turbhe, Navi Mumbai Experience: 1–3 years Gender Preference: Female candidates preferred Shift Timing: Regular Day Shift (9:30 AM – 6:30 PM) Job Overview: We are looking for dynamic and customer-oriented Customer Service Executives to join our team at Bhiwandi and Turbhe locations. The role involves handling customer queries, tracking shipments, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring high service satisfaction in a fast-paced express logistics environment. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound/outbound calls and emails from clients related to shipments, delays, or queries. Provide prompt and accurate information regarding delivery status. Coordinate with operations and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery and issue resolution. Maintain proper documentation and update shipment records in the system. Escalate critical issues and follow up until closure. Build strong relationships with clients through professional and courteous service. Requirements: Graduate or HSC pass with relevant customer service experience (logistics industry preferred). 1–3 years of experience in customer support roles. Good communication skills in English and Hindi/Marathi. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling, CRM systems). Problem-solving attitude and ability to work in a high-pressure environment.
