Job Description

As a Retail Loan Product Sales Executive, your primary role is to ensure the achievement of disbursement targets with minimum delinquency. Your key responsibilities include: - Identifying target areas for prospective business - Pre-screening customer segments as per organization norms - Ensuring the number of logins along with disbursement - Achieving sanction ratio targets - Proactively understanding customer needs and cross-selling multiple products - Executing sales promotion activities to enhance customer interest in the TCFSL brand - Building strong client relationships internally and externally - Developing vendor empanelment and relationships with new vendors - Establishing robust distribution channels - Providing training to staff members and vendors to enhance their understanding of markets, competition, processes, and products - Ensuring compliance with all Audit/RBI regulations Additionally, the company expects you to have 0-3 years of experience and hold a graduate degree in any discipline.,
