Customer Service Executive - Secured Business Loans - Bhavnagar - EVA Complex - CSE

Role Overview: As a candidate for this position, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks under the guidance and direction of your Supervisor/Manager: Key Responsibilities: - Identify potential customers for business in collaboration with your Supervisor/Manager. - Collect documents from customers and ensure validation according to the organization's norms. - Log cases in the system following the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and adhere to the disbursement process. - Achieve the Sanction ratio as per the organization's requirements. - Meet customer requirements and cross-sell multiple products under the guidance of your Supervisor/Manager. - Assist in empanelment of new vendors and develop relationships with them with the help of your Manager/Supervisor. - Ensure compliance with all Audit/RBI regulations with the support of your Manager/Supervisor. Qualifications Required: - Prior experience in a similar role would be beneficial. - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes accurately. - Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team. - Knowledge of Audit/RBI regulations would be an advantage.
