As a Customer Service Executive-Retail Liabilities CCU in the Customer Experience department at the Customer Contact Center (Phone Banking unit), your main responsibilities will include: - Ensuring high productivity levels - Maintaining service quality standards - Monitoring and improving Average Handling Time - Striving for First Contact Resolution - Upholding timely Turnaround Time for all customer requests - Facilitating Channel Migration to alternate channels In addition to the primary responsibilities, you will also be expected to drive all the initiatives within the Customer Contact Center.
