Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls and WhatsApp inquiries from potential customers.
  • Engage and convert leads by understanding their needs and suggesting relevant packages.
  • Enter and manage customer data accurately in Excel/Google Sheets and the CRM system.
  • Track lead status, follow-ups, and booking progress through CRM tools.
  • Coordinate with sales and operations teams to ensure timely response and closure.
  • Maintain updated records of calls, lead conversions, and customer preferences.
  • Operate IVR and CRM platforms efficiently for call routing, tracking, and documentation.
  • Identify patterns or issues in customer inquiries and escalate as needed.
  • Work towards daily/weekly lead response and conversion KPIs.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year

Experience:

  • Restaurant/Hospitality: 1 year (Required)
