Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries and complaints via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.

  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right tools and processes.

  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams for prompt resolution.

  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

  • Maintain customer satisfaction by providing problem-solving solutions and exceptional service.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year to 3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in BPO.

  • Excellent communication skills in

    English

    (verbal and written). Regional languages Like

    Hindi

    are a plus.

  • Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple customer interactions effectively.

  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts and on rotational week-offs.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
