ow Hiring | Customer Service Executive – US Healthcare (Voice Process)

Locations: Mumbai and Kolkata

Shift: Night Shift Only

Process: US Healthcare – Inbound Voice Support


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound & outbound calls for US healthcare clients
  • Provide accurate information with professionalism and courtesy
  • Maintain detailed call logs and follow standard procedures
  • Meet performance targets in quality, accuracy & customer satisfaction
  • Demonstrate excellent listening & communication skills
  • Flexibly adapt to rotational shifts


eligibility Criteria:

  • "Graduate freshers" with strong verbal communication skills are welcome
  • BPO experience is an added advantage
  • Must have PAN card for onboarding
  • Not eligible: B.Tech, M.Tech, BCA, MCA, MBA, Hotel Management, and similar technical/specialized degrees
