Job Description

The role is responsible for network operations and maintenance. This operational role may require appropriate guidance and advice to ensure the delivery of quality outcomes. Responsibilities include maintaining, administering, upgrading, and troubleshooting network tools and equipment. Assisting with installations for new and existing customer and internal projects, including terminations, testing, and labeling of transmission mediums and hardware installations. Ensuring SLAs are achieved and working proactively to maintain them. Conducting vulnerability assessments for networks, servers, applications, and operating systems. Performing network security audits and scanning regularly. Compiling and tracking vulnerabilities over time for metrics purposes. Timely upgrading of all tools used and related documents like SOPs. Desired skill sets include demonstrating problem-solving skills, prior experience in providing technical support in fast-paced, high availability, 24X7 environments, and knowledge of network and operating systems.,
