Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions via phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Process customer requests, complaints, and feedback through effective communication skills.
  • Meet performance targets for quality metrics such as first call resolution rate, handle time, and abandon rate.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.

Job Requirements :

  • 2-6 years of experience in an International BPO or Call Centre environment.
  • Proficiency in handling international voice processes (US Voice Process) with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work on rotational shifts including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as per business requirements.
