Customer Service Executive - Media Enabled Services

Role Overview: As a Network Operations and Maintenance professional at Tata Communications, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the smooth functioning of network operations. You will play a crucial role in maintaining, upgrading, and troubleshooting network tools and equipment. While seeking guidance when needed, you will focus on delivering high-quality outcomes in this operational role. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain, administer, upgrade, and troubleshoot network tools and equipment. - Assist in installations for new and existing customer and internal projects, including terminations, testing, labeling of transmission mediums, and hardware installations. - Ensure SLAs are achieved and proactively work to maintain them. - Conduct vulnerability assessments for networks, servers, applications, and operating systems. - Perform network security audits and scanning regularly. - Compile and track vulnerabilities over time for metrics analysis. - Timely upgrade all tools used and related documents like SOPs. Qualification Required: - Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills. - Prior experience in providing technical support in fast-paced, high availability, 24X7 environments. - Knowledge of network and operation systems.
