Responsibilities:

· Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.

· Developing strategies to engage customers across various channels, including social media, email, and phone.

· Responding promptly to customer inquiries and concerns, providing accurate information and solutions.

· Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and resolution of issues.

· Analyzing customer feedback and behavior data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

· Creating and implementing customer engagement campaigns and initiatives to drive retention and acquisition.

· Monitoring customer satisfaction metrics and adjusting strategies accordingly.

· Serving as a brand ambassador by effectively communicating the company's values and offerings.

· Providing guidance and support to frontline staff to enhance their customer engagement skills.

· Continuously seeking ways to optimize the customer journey and exceed expectations.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
