Job Description

Firstsource is seeking Customer Service Executives for its International Voice Process. The role involves acting as the primary point of contact for international customers, delivering professional and efficient support while ensuring compliance with organizational service standards and quality benchmarks.

NOTE:If interested please come down to office for walk-in interview from Monday- Friday

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Handle inbound customer calls for international clients in a professional and courteous manner
Understand customer concerns, inquiries, and service requests and provide accurate and timely resolutions
Ensure adherence to established call handling procedures, quality guidelines, and compliance requirements
Document all customer interactions, transactions, and resolutions accurately in internal systems
Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams as per defined processes
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering consistent and effective service
Meet individual and team performance metrics, including call quality, productivity, and turnaround time
Demonstrate strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills during customer interactions

Eligibility Criteria:

Graduates / Undergraduates from any discipline
B.Tech and PG freshers are not eligible
B.Tech and PG candidates with a minimum of 6 months of relevant experience may be considered
Excellent verbal communication skills in English
Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts
Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
Immediate joiners preferred
