  • We are looking for a customer-centric professional to join our international support team. You will be the primary point of contact for clients across various regions (e.g., Us , Uk , APAC), ensuring their inquiries are handled with precision, empathy, and cultural awareness. This role requires flexibility to work in shifts that align with global business hours.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • * Global Communication: Handle inbound inquiries via phone, email, and live chat from international customers.
  • * Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot product/service issues, billing discrepancies, and technical hurdles with a focus on first-contact resolution.
  • * Cultural Adaptation: Tailor communication styles and etiquette to suit the cultural nuances of the customer’s region.
  • * Documentation: Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk, or Zoho).
  • * Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with Logistics, Sales, and Technical teams to track international shipments or resolve complex account issues.
  • * Policy Compliance: Stay updated on company policies, international shipping regulations, and data privacy laws (like GDPR).
  • Requirements & Qualifications
  • * Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred) or High School Diploma with relevant experience.
  • * Experience: 1–3 years in a customer-facing role; experience in a BPO or international call center is a significant plus.
  • * Language Skills: Near-native fluency in English (verbal and written). Proficiency in a second language (e.g., Spanish, French, German, or Mandarin) is often highly valued.
  • * Technical Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software.
  • * Availability: Willingness to work in rotational shifts (night shifts, early mornings, or weekends) to cover global time zones.
