The Customer Service Executive will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing customer support, and enhancing overall customer service. Daily tasks include handling customer complaints, providing timely solutions, and maintaining high customer service standards. Qualifications Interpersonal skills: The ability to effectively communicate and interact with customers Customer service skills: Experience with customer support, satisfaction, and management Problem-solving abilities: Proactively addressing customer issues and ensuring solutions Excellent communication skills: Strong written and verbal skills to interact with customers Ability to work independently and as part of a team Prior experience in a customer service role is beneficial Proficiency in using customer service software and tools Only South Languages Candidates considered who know Tamil , Malayalam. Salary upto 3LPA + Incentives.
