• Communicate effectively with customers and clients via phone, email, chat, or social media
• Provide accurate information and support to resolve queries
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude at all times
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
• Document customer interactions and follow up as needed

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Mandatory)
• Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills and comfort with digital communication tools
