Customer Service Executive ( For Non-Tech Freshers Voice process)

You are invited to join our team as a Process Associate, where you will play a crucial role in addressing customer queries and issues via phone and email. The ideal candidate should be a detail-oriented individual with a strong motivation to work in a night shift and a 24/7 work environment. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure high customer satisfaction levels through prompt and professional resolution of their concerns. As a Process Associate, you will collaborate with various departments to provide effective solutions and maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators related to customer service will also be part of your responsibilities. Continuous process improvement to enhance the overall customer experience will be encouraged and expected. To excel in this role, you must have excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities (both verbal and written), and the capacity to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in using customer service software and tools is essential. Additionally, being comfortable with night shifts and a 24/7 work environment is a requirement for this position. We prefer candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Arts, Commerce & Science or a related field, along with internship or project experience in a customer service or call center environment. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices will be advantageous for the role.
