Role Overview: You will be responsible for promptly responding to customer questions across multiple channels. Additionally, you will guide customers on product usage, troubleshooting, and service navigation. Documenting customer interactions in CRM systems for future reference and suggesting additional products or services when appropriate will also be part of your role. Ensuring compliance with company policies and maintaining high service quality, as well as collaborating with sales, technical, and operations teams to resolve complex issues, are key aspects of this position.
