We are hiring Chat Customer Service Representatives to provide excellent support via chat. You'll assist customers by addressing inquiries, providing solutions, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues through chat.
- Offer accurate information and maintain a positive attitude.
- Collaborate with the team to meet customer service goals.
- UG/Grad Freshers or with minimum 6 months of customer service experience.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Around 25,500 In-hand (for UG/Grad with 6 months experience)
Around 22,000 in-hand
( for Graduate Fresher or less that 6m of experience )
Around 20,000 in-hand
(For undergraduate fresher)
- Rotational shifts with 2 days off each week.
