You are being hired for a US Banking Blended Process, involving both voice and chat interactions. As a suitable candidate with at least 1 year of international BPO experience and excellent communication skills, you will be working 5 days a week in rotational shifts with 2 rotational offs. Please note that no cab facility will be provided. The offered salary is up to Rs. 50,000 CTC and Rs. 43,400 in-hand per month. This is an office-based role in Noida, requiring immediate joiners. Key Responsibilities: - Customer Support: - Respond to customer inquiries via chat and phone calls. - Provide exceptional service by addressing customer concerns effectively. - Process Adherence: - Follow company guidelines and workflows. - Ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards for international customer service. - Documentation: - Accurately record customer interactions and maintain updated records in CRM tools. - Issue Resolution: - Identify customer problems, escalate unresolved issues, and update customers promptly. - Collaboration: - Work closely with team members and supervisors to exchange insights and achieve team goals.
