Customer Service cum Marketing & Events Specialist
St. Joan’s School – Salt Lake / Newtown, Kolkata

Are you a people person with a flair for communication, marketing, and event management?
St. Joan’s School is looking for a dynamic and professional individual to be the face of our school – welcoming parents, handling admissions, coordinating visitor experiences, managing events, and supporting our marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle admission enquiries (in person, phone, email) and maintain enquiry records.
• Manage visitor experiences – prospective parents, school partners, and officials.
• Organise and support school events, open houses, cultural programmes, and exhibitions.
• Assist in marketing activities – social media, newsletters, brochures, and outreach campaigns.
• Coordinate school tours and represent the school with warmth and professionalism.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in customer service, marketing, front office, or event management (education/hospitality preferred).
• Excellent communication skills in English + Hindi/Bengali.
• Confident, approachable, and professional personality.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and social media.
• Strong organization and multitasking abilities for events and daily coordination.
