Customer Service (Blended Process)

As a potential candidate, you should have knowledge of E-commerce and seller support operations, a familiarity with backend ticketing processes, and experience in working in a blended process. Strong analytical and calculative skills are required, along with the ability to work night shifts. You must also be detail-oriented and capable of working under pressure. The ideal candidate for this role would have 0 to 3 years of experience, be a B.COM graduate or have a mathematical background, possess excellent communication skills in English, and be comfortable working in 24*7 rotational shifts.
