Job Description: You will be part of the Business-to-Business (Blended Process) team based in Indore. As a candidate, you must meet the following eligibility criteria: - Graduation is mandatory - Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Support / BPO is required - Exceptional candidates from other fields may apply if communication skills are excellent - You should be flexible with rotational shifts & week-offs - The job involves a 9.5 hours shift / 5 days a week schedule In terms of compensation, the salary offered is 32,500 plus an additional 2,500 as the highest CTC.
