Job Description: You will be responsible for handling Business-to-Business (Blended Process) in Indore. Your main responsibilities will include: - Providing Customer Support in a BPO environment - Handling communication with clients effectively - Being flexible with rotational shifts and week-offs To qualify for this role, you must meet the following eligibility criteria: - Graduation is mandatory - Minimum of 1 year of experience in Customer Support / BPO is required - Exceptional candidates from other fields may apply if they have excellent communication skills - Willingness to work flexible hours including rotational shifts and week-offs - The shift will be 9.5 hours long for 5 days a week Please note that the salary for this position is 32,500 + 2,500 (Highest CTC) and it is a full-time job located in Indore.
