Job Description

As a Customer Service Associate at our company, you will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring customer satisfaction through efficient and caring problem-solving. Your role will involve processing subscription and book/journal orders, resolving customer queries, and providing timely and accurate support. You will have the opportunity to work collaboratively across functions, utilizing your communication and problem-solving skills to contribute to continuous improvement in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. **Key Responsibilities:** - Processing incoming customer orders and queries effectively, efficiently, and accurately - Handling phone calls and ensuring excellent customer experience through active listening and adherence to operating procedures - Knowledge of all relevant business applications and timely order processing - Implementation of SAGE Lean principles and collaboration with other departments for seamless operations - Preparation of daily productivity reports and maintenance of updated manuals - Supporting work in other verticals during lean times **Qualifications Required:** - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in MS Office applications - Confident, proactive, organized, and detail-oriented approach - Enjoys working in a customer-facing role and contributing to the publishing industry - Ability to multitask under minimal supervision and adapt to a changing work environment - Collaborative team player with a graduate/postgraduate degree and relevant work experience Our team is customer-centric and globally connected, dedicated to providing reliable and professional support to the academic community.
