Salary: ₹1,80,000 LPA - ₹1,92,000 LPA

₹12000 - ₹13000 Take Home + PF + ESIC

Experience: Freshers & Experienced both can apply
Qualification: Graduation
Language Proficiency: Excellent English Communication (Written & Verbal)

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
• Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints efficiently.
• Provide accurate information and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain records of interactions and follow up when necessary.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through quality service.

Shifts:

• Rotational Shifts
• 5 Day Working
• Cab facility available
