• Position: Customer Service Advisor—Hindi & Bengali Language Specialist (Females)
• Education: +2, Diploma, or Graduation
• Freshers and Experienced candidates in any stream
• Job location: Ludhiana, Punjab
• Salary: 14-15K
• Full-time, Work from Office, Day Shifts

Mandatory skills:

• Fluency in Hindi and Bengali with clear and polite communication.
• Strong listening and problem-solving skills for customer queries.
• Ability to handle customer concerns with patience and empathy.
• Basic computer knowledge for handling CRM and support tools.
• Multi-tasking ability to manage calls, chats, and emails efficiently.
• Quick learning and adaptability to new processes and systems.

Roles & responsibilities:

• Contact potential or existing customers using prepared scripts to promote products or services.
• Respond to customer inquiries about products, services, and company details.
• Ask targeted questions to identify customer requirements and offer appropriate solutions.
• Close sales or forward qualified leads to the field sales team when necessary.
• Accurately enter and update customer information in the company database.
• Process customer orders promptly and with high accuracy.
• Address customer grievances professionally to uphold the company’s reputation.
• Maintain organized records of calls, sales, and customer interactions.
• Share valuable customer insights with the sales and marketing teams.
