Customer Service Associate (Female)

We are seeking a proactive and persuasive team member to manage the lead generation to successful enrollment. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• Strong communication (Tamil & English) and Interpersonal skills
• Prior experience in Edtech-sales is mandatory
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic record-keeping.

Responsibilities:

• Explain the features, benefits, and structure of our services to potential clients and answer all queries.
• Maintain records, and submit timely financial reports
• Counsel prospective students by explaining features, benefits, and structures

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
