As a Customer Service Representative at our company, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during evening hours. You will provide accurate information about services and estimated time, resolving issues efficiently and with empathy, escalating when necessary. Your role will involve documenting interactions and maintaining up-to-date records in our MIS 360. Collaboration with other team members and shifts to ensure seamless service is essential, as well as staying informed about company updates, promotions, and procedural changes. Key Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during evening hours - Provide accurate information about services and estimated time - Resolve issues efficiently and with empathy, escalating when necessary - Document interactions and maintain up-to-date records in our MIS 360 - Collaborate with other team members and shifts to ensure seamless service - Stay informed about company updates, promotions, and procedural changes Qualifications Required: - Excellent communication and active listening skills - A calm, patient, and customer-focused attitude - Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment - Previous customer service experience preferred (but not required) - Comfortable working independently during later hours In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, you should be well versed and efficient in speaking English and Punjabi. This is a full-time, contractual/temporary position with a contract length of 12 months. The benefits include paid sick time, and the work location is in person.
