The successful candidate will be responsible for managing inbound calls , providing prompt resolutions, and ensuring a superior customer service experience in both English and Hindi . Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound customer calls efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism. Understand customer queries and provide accurate, timely solutions. Maintain detailed and clear records of customer interactions using internal systems. Escalate unresolved issues to relevant departments while following up to ensure resolution. Candidate Requirements: Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (mandatory). Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach. Basic proficiency in using computers and CRM tools.
