Role Overview

We’re looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our Voice Process Team as Customer Relationship Executives. Whether you’re a fresher looking to begin your career or an experienced professional aiming to grow in a dynamic environment, this role offers an excellent opportunity to develop communication, problem-solving, and client relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy.

• Provide accurate information and timely solutions to customer queries.

• Build and maintain strong, positive client relationships through clear communication.

• Update and manage customer data accurately in internal systems.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth issue resolution.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline.

• 1–10 years of experience in a voice process or customer support role (Freshers encouraged to apply).

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first attitude.

• Preferred: Candidates residing within 12 km of Koramangala.

Salary & Benefits

• ₹20,000 – ₹45,000/month CTC (based on experience) + performance incentives.
