As a Kiosk Attendant, your role will involve ensuring the smooth operation, safety, and comfort of passengers booking App-cabs from the Airport, while providing excellent customer service. Your exceptional interpersonal skills, adaptability, and commitment to passenger safety will be key in excelling in this position. **Key Responsibilities:** - Greet passengers and assist them in finding their booked vehicles. - Ensure a seamless booking and onboarding experience for passengers. - Provide assistance to passengers during unforeseen situations. - Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner. - Collaborate with drivers to ensure the smooth operation of the service. - Stay updated on company procedures and policies. - Offer special assistance to elderly or disabled passengers. **Qualifications Required:** - Preferably certified in Aviation or Hospitality Management. - Previous experience in Airport Customer service is preferred. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure and conflict situations. - Fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi. - Physically fit with a pleasant personality. Please note: You will be working full-time in a rotational shift schedule with shift allowance. The ideal candidate should have completed Higher Secondary (12th Pass) education and have at least 1 year of total work experience, preferably in customer service.
