Your primary focus will be to ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers and efficient store operations. **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide excellent customer service by assisting shoppers with queries, product selection, and purchases. - Manage store inventory, including restocking shelves and monitoring stock levels. - Ensure store cleanliness and organization for a pleasant shopping environment. - Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system. - Assist in merchandising and displaying products to attract customers. - Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner. - Supervise store staff and provide training and guidance as needed. - Implement sales strategies to achieve store targets and maximize profitability. - Collaborate with the team to achieve overall customer satisfaction and store success. **Qualifications Required:** - 1-5 years of experience in apparel retail store brands. - Previous experience in customer service and store management roles. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Knowledge of apparel products and fashion trends. - Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment. - Proficiency in using POS systems and basic computer skills.
