About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service & Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with product inquiries, resolve service issues, and promote suitable products or upgrades.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner
• Provide accurate product and service information
• Understand customer needs and recommend relevant products/services
• Generate sales through effective communication and relationship-building
• Resolve customer concerns and follow up to ensure satisfaction
• Update customer records and process orders using internal systems
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales and service performance targets
• Maintain high customer satisfaction scores

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Prior experience in customer service, or sales preferred
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Customer-focused attitude with a positive, problem-solving approach
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn CRM/telephony systems
