Job Summary
Adekon Management Pvt. Ltd. is hiring Customer Service Assistants for its branch banking operations in Jhargram, West Bengal, The role involves assisting customers, handling branch operations, and providing excellent service. Freshers candidates are welcome. Key Responsibilities

Assist customers with account opening, deposits, withdrawals, and other banking services.
Provide information about financial products and services.
Handle documentation and maintain accurate branch records.
Resolve customer queries politely and professionally.
Support day-to-day branch operations and reporting.
Achieve assigned branch targets and service standards.

Skills Required

Good communication in Bengali & Hindi (English is an advantage).
Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Data Entry).
Customer service and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work as part of a team and meet targets.

Eligibility

HS Pass or Graduation.
Freshers Male and Female candidates can apply.
Candidates must be legally eligible to work in India.
