Key Responsibilities
Attending to outbound and inbound international calls, as well as screening and forwarding callsCold calling for making sales for businessFollow-ups with existing client baseScheduling and confirming appointments, meetings, and eventsHandling basic inquiries and sorting mailAny other miscellaneous administrative tasks
Skills & Experience
Previous experience in a customer support role/Inside saleExperience in answering and screening calls, as well as scheduling appointments - international calls to AustraliaStrong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listeningExperience working with word processing, spreadsheets, and emails, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Express.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
