This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving ability, and a commitment to delivering top-notch customer service across multiple channels. Key Responsibilities: 1–2 years experience in international collections, preferably UK process Experience in BPO/KPO/Call center environments Experience with inbound/outbound collections and negotiating payment plans Adherence to quality and compliance metrics Familiarity with CRM tools, dialers Good typing speed and documentation accuracy Ability to work with MS Excel, Word, etc. Willingness to work UK business hours (typically 1:30 PM to 09:30 PM IST) Comfortable with rotational shifts or extended hours if needed Knowledge of UK geography (helps in rapport building) Experience in collections for UK utilities, telecom, or finance Requirements: Excellent spoken and written English Neutral to UK-accented English is a strong plus Strong listening skills and phone etiquette Minimum graduate or undergraduate degree Only looking for female candidate Benefits: Positive and inclusive work environment Career growth within a growing organization Drop Facility provided to manage both INBOUND & OUTBOUND interactions.
