Role & responsibilities Manage Incoming Calls as per process details. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through interpersonal objective communication Manage CRM, record updation Meet SLAs, guidelines and policies Requirements and skills Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening Familiarity with CRM systems and practices Graduate from Any Stream. Experience: 6 months- 5 yrs of experience Multiple Language speaking ability is an added advantage
