Salary:

• Fixed CTC: ₹23,000/month
• In-hand: Approx. ₹18,000/month

Candidate Profile:

• 80% slots: Graduate with minimum 1 year of customer service experience – Mandatory

Skillset Required:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Able to speak Hindi & English fluently

Qualification: Graduate (Mandatory)

Key Assessment Criteria:

• Typing Speed & Accuracy: 25 WPM with 85% accuracy
• Versant India Test (VETI): Minimum score of 4
• Writex AMPI Score: B1

System & Technical Requirements:

• Laptop/Desktop: Minimum Core i5 (7th Gen or above), 8GB RAM
• Web Camera: Mandatory
• Internet Connection: Minimum 20 Mbps stable speed
• Headset: Compatible USB headset with noise cancellation
• Suggested Brand: Big Passport (available online)
• UPS/Backup Power Supply: Mandatory
• EDR Software: Must be installed
• System Check: SHL system check report required

Interview Process:

• HR Screening
• VETI L4 + Typing Assessment
• Virtual Video Interview
