Job Description

You will be responsible for performing the following tasks under the guidance and direction of your Supervisor or Manager. Your main duties will include identifying potential customers for business opportunities with the assistance of your Supervisor or Manager. You will also be required to collect necessary documents from customers and validate them according to the organization's norms. Furthermore, you will need to log the cases in the system following the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and adhere to the process for disbursement. It will be crucial for you to meet the Sanction ratio as per the organization's requirements. Additionally, you will be expected to meet customer requirements and cross-sell multiple products, always under the guidance of your Supervisor or Manager. You will also be involved in the empanelment of new vendors and developing relationships with them, with the help of your Manager or Supervisor. Ensuring compliance with all Audit and RBI regulations will be another key aspect of your role, again under the guidance of your Manager or Supervisor.,
