Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Location: Piplod, Surat
Experience: 1 year of experience in software sales.

About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Sales Executive who is enthusiastic about technology and enjoys helping customers discover the right solutions. In this role, you will be the bridge between the customer’s needs and our software offerings. You will engage with potential clients, understand their business challenges, and guide them toward the best solutions without any cold calling or field visits. If you’re someone who loves meaningful conversations, building trust, and closing deals, this role is a great fit for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable software solutions.
  • Deliver engaging presentations and demos to showcase product value.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle—handle objections, follow up effectively, and close deals.
  • Maintain accurate records using CRM and sales tools.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong ability to build rapport, trust, and long-term relationships.
  • Highly motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
  • Ability to manage time efficiently and work independently.
  • Experience in software sales is preferred (minimum 1 year).
  • Knowledge of CRM/sales tools is an added advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Proficiency in English.
