Customer Sales Executive - Loan Against Property - Prime

Role Overview: You will be required to perform the following tasks under the guidance or direction of your Supervisor or Manager: Key Responsibilities: - Identify potential customers for business with the assistance of your Supervisor or Manager - Collect documents from customers and validate them according to the organization's norms - Log cases in the system following Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and adhere to the disbursement process - Achieve the sanction ratio as per the organization's requirements - Meet customer requirements and cross-sell multiple products under the supervision of your Supervisor or Manager - Assist in empaneling new vendors and developing relationships with them under the guidance of your Manager or Supervisor - Ensure compliance with all Audit and RBI regulations with the help of your Manager or Supervisor Qualifications Required: - Relevant experience in a similar role - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes accurately - Good communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively in a team and independently - Knowledge of Audit and RBI regulations is a plus.,
