Job Type: Full-time Salary: ₹3.6 LPA (CTC) + KPI-based Incentives Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Tele Sales Executive (B2C) to handle inbound and outbound calls, promote our home healthcare services, and convert leads into confirmed bookings. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, persuasive selling abilities, and a customer-first mindset. Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential customers and explain Lifetime Health’s home care services. Handle inbound inquiries, provide information, and convert them into bookings. Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions in the CRM system. Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and referrals. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business. Coordinate with the operations team for smooth service delivery post-sales. RequirementsMinimum 1 year of tele sales/customer service experience (healthcare sales preferred). Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and Kannada (preferred). Strong persuasion and negotiation skills. Ability to work under targets and meet deadlines.
