Customer Sales Associate

Job Description: As a Customer Sales Associate at Specsmakers, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales in our retail store. Your primary responsibility will be to interact with customers, assist them in selecting the right eyewear products, and ensure they have a positive in-store experience. By effectively communicating product features, pricing, and offers, you will contribute to achieving sales targets and enhancing customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Warmly greet and engage customers with a professional demeanor to create a welcoming environment - Listen to and understand customer requirements to recommend suitable eyewear products - Clearly explain the features, benefits, and pricing of products, as well as any ongoing promotions - Maintain the cleanliness of the store and ensure attractive product displays to enhance customer experience - Meet daily and monthly sales targets and contribute to store Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) - Use Point of Sale (POS) systems for billing and accurately enter customer data - Support stock management by assisting with inventory checks and restocking products - Provide post-sales assistance to customers and promptly address any concerns or issues - Adhere to company procedures and uphold brand standards to deliver a consistent customer experience Requirements: - Minimum qualification: Any Undergraduate degree or 12th grade - Proficient communication skills in English and the local language - Customer-centric approach with a positive outlook - Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays based on the store's operating hours - Basic computer proficiency, including knowledge of MS Office and billing software What We Offer: - Competitive salary with performance-based incentives - Opportunities for training and career development - Clear progression path within the organization - Employee discounts on eyewear products - Vibrant work environment within a growing brand This is a Full-time position with a daytime schedule and performance bonuses.
