Customer Relationship Officer (Sales Executive)

As a Hardcore Retail Counter Sales professional, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring proper product display. Your main goal will be to effectively convince customers about the products and services offered. You should be able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced retail environment. In this role, you will be expected to meet target-based sales goals and incentives. Motivating customers to make purchases and achieving sales targets will be key aspects of your daily responsibilities. This position requires a full-time commitment with a fixed day shift schedule. The compensation package includes performance bonuses and yearly bonuses, in addition to benefits such as health insurance and Provident Fund. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of total work experience, preferably in customer service. Proficiency in English is preferred for effective communication with customers.
