We are hiring experienced Customer Support Professionals for Banking Process.
Experience - 1 yr & above (only from customer support background)
Shift timings - 9.00am to 06.00pm / 10.00am to 07.00pm
6 days Working in a week and sunday fixed off
First 15 days accommodation for female candidates
Good communication skill in English is required
We are looking for immediate joiners only
•Responsible for reviewing associate's quality of phone and/or non-voice interactions based on client established quality measures.
•Responsible for Lead Generation, KYC , Sales , Banking Verification and CRM
•Performance and saving all results in the database for review and reporting.
•Assist in making recommendations for quality assurance improvement,
•Particularly around their workflow and knowledge guides
•Being able to work at speed, accurately to agreed targets
•Excellent time management and organizational skills Knowledge

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
