Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relation Officer to join our team at Hilite Business Park, Calicut. The ideal candidate will have prior experience handling customer queries in eCommerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, or similar, with excellent communication skills in English and Hindi. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their issues are resolved efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or marketplace portals (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)
• Manage order-related queries, returns, replacements, refunds, and complaints effectively.
• Coordinate with internal teams (warehouse, logistics, etc.) to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Monitor and respond to customer feedback on marketplaces.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and build strong client relationships.
• Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal stakeholders.
• Assist in process improvements related to customer support.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer support/executive role (preferably in Amazon/Flipkart or other eCommerce platforms).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi (mandatory).
• Good interpersonal skills and a problem-solving attitude.
• Strong understanding of eCommerce order cycles, customer expectations, and online support tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficient in basic computer applications (MS Office, Email, CRM tools, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
• Experience working in a B2C eCommerce environment.
• Malayalam language skills (added advantage).
