Role Overview

Are you a people person with great communication skills? We're looking for a Customer Relation Executive who can engage with our clients, assist them with their queries, and ensure a smooth and satisfying experience throughout. This role is ideal for someone starting their career and looking to grow in a customer-facing environment.

What You’ll Do

• Be the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email
• Understand customer needs and provide accurate and prompt information
• Handle feedback, concerns, or complaints calmly and positively
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently
• Keep customer records updated and follow up as needed
• Help ensure a seamless and friendly customer experience from start to finish
• Build long-term trust with customers by being reliable, approachable, and professional

Who You Are

• A recent graduate or final-year student looking to start a professional career
• Confident communicator in English and [Telugu, Kannada]
• Friendly, patient, and genuinely enjoys helping others
• Organized and able to manage multiple conversations or tasks
• Curious, quick to learn, and open to feedback
• Comfortable using basic computer tools (email, Google Sheets, CRM platforms)

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
